For over 30 years, we have been where almost no one else reaches: behind bars, in the homes of forgotten children, in communities that society shuns. We are recognized by the Romanian Government as a public utility organization and are part of Prison Fellowship International, the largest global social reintegration network, present in over 100 countries and supported by thousands of dedicated volunteers.
The solution to a community's problems is found within the community itself.
We don't wait for the state to fix everything. We don't criticise from the outside. We go where the system stops — into prisons and into the homes of the forgotten — to build sustainable solutions, not just temporary handouts.

Our Projects
Discover the initiatives through which we transform lives, rebuild families, and restore hope to those forgotten by society.
We step into vulnerable communities across the country, providing food, clothing, hygiene products and health education. We support families, children and elderly people on the edge of poverty.
We support children whose parents are incarcerated by offering them personalized gifts, emotional and educational support, and counseling. The Angels Network rebuilds the bond between the incarcerated parent and their child, bringing light into the most difficult moments.
Spiritual and emotional rehabilitation projects for incarcerated individuals. Based on Christian values and moral education, it helps inmates rediscover their identity, take responsibility, and reintegrate into society with dignity.
In collaboration with the national prison administration, we offer temporary shelter, food, counseling, and professional guidance to homeless individuals or former detainees rebuilding their lives. Here, every person gets a new chance.
We provide hot meals and social support every day to vulnerable people: the homeless, lonely seniors, struggling families and former inmates in transition. Every meal means not only food, but dignity.
The first transition penitentiary in Eastern Europe. APAC Model (Association for the Protection and Assistance of the Convicted): real work, education, dignity plus multi-purpose warehouses. Target recidivism reduction: under 20%.
